We currently ship within Australia. Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times and available shipping rates are shown at checkout and may vary by product, destination and supplier location.

Some orders may arrive in separate packages because products can be fulfilled from different supplier locations. Tracking details will be sent when they become available.

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs correcting; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfilment begins.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays and regional delivery conditions may affect arrival times.

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs so we can investigate with the supplier and arrange an appropriate remedy. Nothing in this policy limits rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.
